The CeramicSpeed Bottom Bracket - ITA30 Blk boasts a superior design, allowing for the connection of 30mm spindle cranksets to narrow 35mm diameter, 70mm wide threaded bottom bracket shells. The bearings are pre-installed in cups and then threaded into the shell, with the option of either Standard or Coated Bearings available. These bearings feature CeramicSpeed's super round and smooth balls rolling on hardened-steel races, with the Coated version offering an additional metallic coating for increased durability and reduced friction. The kit comes with all necessary components, including threaded cups, spacers, dust covers, an o-ring, CeramicSpeed All Round Grease, a sticker sheet, and a spacertube.
