Extended Return Policy for the Holidays
All orders placed between November 26th and December 24th are covered by an extended return policy. You can return these items until January 15th under our standard return conditions.
Please note that items purchased on sale are subject to a 14-day return policy, as outlined in our general return terms.

1. Exchange for another item or size
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to choose this option.
- Cranks & Coffee covers the return shipping costs.
2. Refund Options
You can choose between the following:

Refund to a gift card + 10% bonus
- Available within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Free return shipping.

Refund to your original payment method
- Must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as you received it.
- Include original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at webshop@cranksandcoffee.dk if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed according to your chosen option (gift card or original payment method).
- Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
